For those of you who don’t know, EFM is a training class in ministry for lay people. No, you do not have to have desires of becoming ordained clergy to enroll in this class. As Christians all of us are called to be ministers of God’s Word and EFM helps us determine in what capacity we may serve as His ministers. EFM includes a very structured study of both the Old and New Testaments. This class requires dedication to study but the rewards of knowledge are well worth it.
